At TGE
- Token contract deployed
- Initial liquidity seeded
- /token populated with the real contract address, supply, distribution, vesting
- Founders airdrop (mechanism announced before TGE; details on /token)
- DexScreener / Birdeye / Jupiter listings (where applicable to chosen network)
Post-TGE
- Pod system v2 (auto-tier organization, voice channels)
- Live status feed driven by community standups

This is a roadmap, not a contract. Shipping dates are not specified because we have learned not to specify them. The order of items can shift as the audit and the community surface things that matter more than what we thought mattered. Items can be removed.
